Returns

We accept returns on unopened packages for 30 days if you change your mind for any reason. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on opened food items as per FDA regulations. Please understand that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will automatically apply the refund once the return is processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 15 days.

Exchanges
Simply return the item using the instructions above, and place a new order for the replacement product.

Shipping
Contact us for return address, as the location is different for large bulk packages and smaller parcels.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
